Reengineering Approaches

We utilized two approaches to reengineering and improving your processes. We agree upon a cross functional process you want to redesign.

  1. We agree to a specific fee for helping you redesign your processes. OR

  2. We only get paid a percentage of savings

The second approach usually results in you paying us more money than if you simply paid us a specific fee.  However, you have less risk in the second approach.
