GSA MOBIS & OTHER SCHEDULES

Although Federal law does not require a MOBIS schedule to do business with the Federal Government, we realize it is often easier on Contracting Officers to deal with firms that have a GSA Schedule like MOBIS.  Therefore, we have made arrangements with other government contractors who have a MOBIS schedule at no additional cost to the Government Agency.

Our software, Value Stream Manager (VSM) as of May of 2003 is probably the only software that can do Outcome Based Planning and Budgeting.  This is the only software that really relates Outcomes to the Federal Budget as described in the President's Management Agenda.
